Phyllis Bohning joined TechGROWTH Ohio in 2007 and serves as the Deal Flow Coordinator, generating and administrating activities to increase sources of deal flow, outreach and brand awareness for the Ohio University’s Entrepreneurial Signature Program.  

Prior to joining TechGROWTH Ohio, Phyllis was the Director of Real Estate Services for a national franchising company, overseeing internal operations of contract administration, compliance and risk mitigation. 

Phyllis has over twenty years of wide-ranging experience in the real estate and franchise development industries.  She worked as the primary point of contact for stakeholders invested in multi-million dollar development projects, oversaw corporate relationships with Fortune 100 financial partners, and developed and presented training programs for small business franchisees.

Phyllis holds a B.S. degree from James Madison University and a Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
