Nancy Prichard Crist started with TechGrowth in April, 2009. A fifteen year resident of Athens, Ohio she has been involved in employee relations and human resources for over 25 years. Crist has extensive experience in helping organizations establish and manage employee relations and human resources issues, strategic change, innovation, team building, and change management. A business school graduate of the University of Northern Iowa she has spent most of her career as a manager, director, leader, and instructor -- responsible for employment and recruiting functions, training and development programs, budgeting, management and supervision of personnel policies and practices, and labor relations activities with union and non-union employers in both the public and private sectors. In addition to assisting and guiding TechGrowth entrepreneurs and early-stage, technologically-innovative companies, she provides customized consulting services that focus on effective human resource strategies and practices for national and international organizations.
