Lunch and Learn Series, organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Group(EDG)
of Athens County, OH, at the Ohio

Shawn Mallett, Director of the SBDC, and Leslie Dunn, Finance Coordinator for Tech Growth, will provide an overview of the Profit Mastery program. In order to drive your company's fiscal standing it is important to understand how decisions and actions will impact financial performance. Proper financial management will allow the company to price effectively, contain costs, and manage cash flow.
